What is Reiki

Reiki is an ancient form of energy healing. It will help release tensions and emotions. It will allow you a deeper connection to the mind and body. By aligning the chakras it will help promote the body's natural healing receptors.

I have found that Reiki will find us when we need it the most. That is the case with myself as well as my students. Everyone can benefit from Reiki including people, animals, babies, plants and even ideas. I like to work with the emotional healing aspects of Reiki. Unlocking doors to our true selves and how to help others be the best version of themselves. During a session I am able to see these doors and after the session I can give you the info to find the keys so you can unlock them! Through my personal Reiki journey I have been able to leave anxiety and depression behind me, remove my karmic attachments, become a more confident person and remove the fogginess that plagues the individuals that feel lost in their lives.


Reiki can be a very emotional experience. It will bring to your consciousness the feelings and emotions that you tried to hide sub-consciously. By bringing these for to your conscious mind you are able to work through them, become stronger in your beliefs. Many feel a deeper spiritual connection. Praying becomes easier, meditation and clear thinking are also much easier. Reiki allows us to become more in-tuned with ourselves. We are able to gain knowledge in why or how we do certain things. Karmic patterns become aware to us and how we can change to become whole by combining mind, body and spirit.

I am not only accredited by the International Reiki Organization but I am trained in Usui Reiki, Crystal Reiki, Karuna Ki Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, Karmic Reiki and Animal Reiki.
