Yin Yoga is a form of yoga that targets deep connective tissues like, Fascia, ligaments, joints and bones. It's a very slow moving class that allows you to hold and really focus in on your asana. Yoga Nidra —known as yogic sleep— is a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
For this class it is recommended that you bring your mat, water and a sweater, sweatshirt or blanket. Some people tend to get cold when they meditate and its best to be prepared!
